  • Are your products tested on animals?

    No, we never test on animals. Our products are tested on willing family, friends and keen volunteers.

  • Are your products suitable for vegans?

    Yes, our products do not contain any animal ingredients or any animal derived by-products.

  • Can i change my order?

You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within 2 hours of placing your order, or before 12pm Mon-Fri. If you do not contact us within this time frame then you will need to return your order if you still wish to change it.

  • How will you confirm my order?

    You will receive order confirmation via email once we have successfully processed your order. The email will contain the following details: balms purchased, payment information, delivery method and delivery information. If for any reason you have not received these e-mails, please check your spam and / or junk mail folders.   • How can I track my order?

    We despatch all our orders via Royal Mail special delivery. You will be given a tracking number so you will be able to track your parcel's progress.
    When you receive your despatch confirmation, within the body of the email we will include a link to the Royal Mail website, which will then enable you to Track & Trace your parcel. Please be aware that information relating to your order may not be available to view immediately after it leaves us – if this is the case, please try again a little later.

  • Which payment methods are available?

    You can pay for purchases using all major credit cards except American Express. Accepted cards include Visa, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro and Solo. We do not accept Paypal.

    No, currently we do not ship internationally.

  • How can I track my order?

    Most order arrive within 3 days, but please allow up to 7 days.


Exchanges & Returns

  • Can I exchange my order?


    We hope you will be delighted with your purchase but if you are not you can return any balm within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unopened, unused and in its original packaging.
    If the items are damaged or faulty or do not match the description given at the time of the sale, please ensure you return them within 14 days of receipt. In this event, on receipt of the damaged/faulty items or items that do not correspond to the description given at the time of sale, you will be offered an exchange or full refund.
